Press Mage Affiliate Program Restrictions

We want affiliates to promote Press Mage in ways that are honest, transparent, and beneficial to customers. By participating in the Press Mage Affiliate Program, affiliates agree to the following restrictions.

1. No Self-Referrals

Affiliates may not use their own affiliate links, directly or indirectly, to purchase Press Mage products or services for themselves, their business, or accounts they control.

Affiliate commissions are intended for referring new customers to Press Mage.

2. No Unauthorized Coupons or Discounts

Affiliates may only advertise coupon codes, discounts, promotions, or special offers that have been officially provided or approved by Press Mage.

Affiliates may not:

• Create or advertise unauthorized coupon codes.

• Claim a discount exists when one is not available.

• Misrepresent expired promotions as active.

• Publish misleading coupon or deal pages designed primarily to capture affiliate attribution.

3. No Paid Search Trademark Bidding

Affiliates may not bid on Press Mage trademarks, product names, company names, domains, or confusingly similar variations in paid search or advertising campaigns without prior written authorization.

Restricted terms include, but are not limited to:

• Press Mage

• CSP Geeks

• GVenta

• Mage Mailer

• Mage Stats

• Mage Intake

• Mage Shares

• Mage URL

• Mage Castle

• Mage Watcher

• Mage Mail Test

• Other Press Mage product, service, and brand names

Affiliates may advertise Press Mage products through approved advertising channels, but may not use paid advertising intended to intercept customers already searching specifically for Press Mage or its brands.

4. No Domain or Account Impersonation

Affiliates may not register or operate domains, subdomains, social media accounts, business listings, applications, or other properties that could reasonably be mistaken for an official Press Mage or CSP Geeks property.

Affiliates must clearly represent themselves as independent affiliates and not as Press Mage, CSP Geeks LLC, or an employee or official representative of either company.

5. No Misleading Claims

Affiliates must accurately represent Press Mage products, services, pricing, features, promotions, and capabilities.

Affiliates may not make false, exaggerated, unsupported, or misleading claims, including guarantees regarding performance, income, search rankings, security, uptime, business results, or other outcomes not expressly guaranteed by Press Mage.

6. Affiliate Disclosure Required

Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship when promoting Press Mage where required by applicable laws, regulations, or platform rules.

Disclosures should be clear and reasonably visible to the audience.

7. No Spam

Affiliate links may not be promoted through unsolicited bulk email, unsolicited text messages, automated messaging, comment spam, forum spam, or other abusive communication methods.

Affiliates are responsible for complying with applicable email, privacy, advertising, and anti-spam laws.

8. No Deceptive Traffic

The following traffic and attribution methods are prohibited:

• Cookie stuffing.

• Forced clicks.

• Hidden links or invisible elements.

• Automatic redirects intended solely to set affiliate tracking.

• Misleading buttons or advertisements.

• Adware or spyware.

• Browser extensions that improperly inject affiliate links.

• Artificial or automated traffic.

• Bots or click-generation services.

• Any technique designed to claim commissions without a genuine customer referral.

9. No False Reviews or Testimonials

Affiliates may publish reviews and comparisons of Press Mage products, including their own opinions and experiences.

However, affiliates may not fabricate customer reviews, testimonials, ratings, endorsements, case studies, or experiences.

Affiliates should not present themselves as independent customers when they are receiving compensation through the affiliate program without appropriate disclosure.

10. No Misrepresentation of Pricing

Affiliates must use current pricing information when displaying specific Press Mage prices.

If pricing is subject to change, affiliates are encouraged to direct visitors to the applicable Press Mage product or pricing page for current information.

Affiliates may not represent affiliate commissions, promotional discounts, or other incentives as permanent reductions in Press Mage pricing unless Press Mage has explicitly designated them as such.

11. Approved Brand Materials

Press Mage logos, banners, product images, marketing copy, and other materials provided through the Press Mage Affiliate Media Kit may be used to promote the affiliate program.

Affiliates may resize approved creative materials when necessary but may not materially alter Press Mage trademarks or logos in ways that misrepresent the brand.

Affiliates may create their own original promotional content provided it complies with these restrictions and does not imply official Press Mage authorship or endorsement.

12. No Illegal, Abusive, or Inappropriate Promotion

Press Mage affiliate links may not be promoted through content or websites primarily engaged in illegal activity, fraud, malware distribution, deceptive business practices, or other activities that could reasonably damage Press Mage, its customers, or its reputation.

13. Customer Ownership and Existing Customers

Affiliate commissions are intended to reward legitimate referrals that result in eligible new business.

Affiliates may not manipulate tracking, customer identities, accounts, transactions, or attribution in an attempt to receive commissions for customers they did not legitimately refer.

Press Mage reserves the right to review disputed attribution.

14. Commission Reversals

Commissions may be reversed or withheld for transactions involving:

• Refunds.

• Chargebacks.

• Fraudulent transactions.

• Canceled orders where applicable.

• Self-referrals.

• Duplicate or manipulated accounts.

• Violations of these Affiliate Program Restrictions.

15. Compliance With Third-Party Platforms

Affiliates are responsible for complying with the rules of advertising networks, social networks, email providers, marketplaces, communities, and other third-party platforms they use to promote Press Mage.

Participation in the Press Mage Affiliate Program does not authorize an affiliate to violate another platform's terms of service.

16. Relationship to Press Mage

Participation in the affiliate program does not create an employment, partnership, joint venture, franchise, agency, or other representative relationship between the affiliate and Press Mage or CSP Geeks LLC.

Affiliates may not enter into agreements, make commitments, provide warranties, or make representations on behalf of Press Mage or CSP Geeks LLC.

17. Enforcement

Press Mage reserves the right to review affiliate activity for compliance with these restrictions.

Violations may result in commission reversal, suspension, or termination from the affiliate program. In cases involving fraud, deliberate attribution manipulation, or serious violations, unpaid commissions associated with prohibited activity may be forfeited.

Press Mage may update these restrictions as the affiliate program, products, services, or applicable requirements change.
