Refund policy

This is the refund policy for AffiliationList Premium. Free listings are not paid for and have nothing to refund. Featured placement is not for sale yet.

When you purchase Premium through checkout, Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ) is the Merchant of Record. Creem processes the payment, issues the invoice, handles applicable taxes, and handles returns for that order.

1. What Premium is

Premium is a one-time payment for a directory listing. It includes two dofollow links (the website and the affiliate program page), review within 48 hours, and priority updates. The price depends on how many programs are live when the listing is created. That price is locked for that listing. Current prices are on the pricing page.

Payment does not skip quality checks. It does not guarantee approval, traffic, or search rankings. Full listing rules are in the Terms.

2. When a refund may be granted

A Premium payment may be refunded if:

• The listing is rejected because it does not meet the Terms
• A request is made before the listing is published
• A request is made shortly after payment and the listing was not delivered

Once a Premium listing has been live, unused time or a change of mind is not enough for a refund. A later removal for guideline or quality reasons does not guarantee a refund of amounts already paid.

3. What a refund does to the listing

If a Premium payment is refunded, Premium is revoked. Dofollow links are removed or changed to nofollow. The listing may be unpublished or kept as a free nofollow listing, at AffiliationList’s discretion.

4. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] or use the contact page. Include the listing URL and the email used at checkout. Refunds for Creem-processed Premium payments are handled through Creem.

Do not open a chargeback. A chargeback, payment dispute, or reversed Premium payment is treated as abuse under the Terms. The account is banned. Related listings are removed. Premium is revoked. There is no further refund through AffiliationList.
