Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship wherever legally required. Commissions are only awarded for valid, completed, and non-refunded purchases tracked through the affiliate’s unique referral link.
FoundrList reserves the right to review referrals, reject fraudulent or abusive commissions, suspend affiliates who violate the program terms, and update commission terms when necessary. Affiliates may not represent themselves as employees, official representatives, or exclusive partners of FoundrList without written permission.
