• Cannot promote through spam, unsolicited emails, or pop-up/pop-under ads
• Must clearly disclose affiliate relationship in accordance with FTC guidelines
• Cannot create websites that mimic or could be confused with official Hostinger properties
• Referrals must be new customers (not existing Hostinger users)
• Cannot use trademark terms in domain names
