Free Lite plan plus paid Standard $29 through Premier $299 per month (annual display; monthly billing available; Enterprise custom). Affiliates earn 50% recurring of what the customer pays for as long as they stay on a paid plan (annual = 50% of the discounted amount). Cookie 30 days. No payout minimum.
