Healthvocate is self-serve software that puts an expert advocate in a person's corner for the paperwork side of healthcare. Fifteen tools cover medical-bill auditing, EOB explanation, surprise-bill checks, insurance appeals and external review, prior-authorisation denials, Medicare and Social Security decisions, prescription pricing, benefits eligibility and hospital charity care. Healthvocate is an independent commercial service and is not affiliated with CMS, SSA, the VA or any insurer.
Pricing:
Anyone can run a free check on any tool with no account and no card; a full result unlocks with a plan ($19/mo Individual, $29/mo Family) or a single $10 credit. Nothing is submitted on the user's behalf without their review and signature.
Payout:
Our affiliate program offers 30% recurring uncapped earnings on Individual and Family. Referring base user accounts can earn $6 to $9 a month per account.
We offer 5% recurring for 24 months on Team and Enterprise.
Payout is 1st and 15th, via Stripe.
Cookie Duration:
Our cookie duration is 90 days and earnings are on a 30-day hold, with 90 days on a first Enterprise payout then a 30-day hold.
Tracking:
All tracking is Self-hosted, Stripe-based. We are not on a network, and you can track via our very detailed control and marketing resources panel.
Resources:
Your fullscale affiliate kit provides everything you need for marketing. We provide logos, copy paste scripts, AI prompts, and images. Videos are downloadable from the resource's media section. We offer professional Ad Creative in both 9x16 and 16x9 for widescreen and reels marketing. Videos include both Brand Spots and Feature videos.

Restrictions
By joining the program you agree to all of the following. Any of these can end your commissions and remove you from the program:
- Disclose clearly. Every post, email, video, or page promoting Healthvocate must clearly state that you earn a commission (e.g. “#ad” or “I earn a commission if you sign up”), as the FTC requires.
- Be truthful. No false, exaggerated, or unverifiable claims about Healthvocate, its results, or savings. Never guarantee outcomes, approvals, or specific dollar amounts.
- No fabricated endorsements. Do not invent testimonials, reviews, doctors, or before/after results, and do not present AI-generated people or voices as real customers or staff.
- No spam. No unsolicited bulk email, SMS, or messaging. Follow CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and all applicable laws.
- Promote honestly. Do not use misleading domains or usernames, or impersonate Healthvocate. Bidding on “Healthvocate” or confusingly similar terms in paid search (Google, Meta, etc.) is not permitted, and “Healthvocate” may not appear in your ad display URLs.
- No incentivized or coupon traffic. Do not pay, rebate, or otherwise reward people for clicking or signing up, and do not list your link or promo code on coupon or deal sites.
- No recruiting other affiliates for pay. You may not offer, pay, or promise compensation to get someone else to join this program. Commission is earned only by referring paying customers — never by referring other affiliates.
- No implying government or insurer affiliation. Never suggest Healthvocate is affiliated with, endorsed by, or part of Medicare, Social Security, CMS, or any insurer.
